Renovatio is a project that was started by me. It is essentially a film/movie made using the Halo 3 game. Commonly dubbed a "Machinima", this movie will far surpass any current halo 3 user made video out there. here's the description:

Plot:

A man being haunted by dreams of his deceased wife learns of an elite soldier who has been captured. As he along with all of his other soldiers are watching, so is the army that belongs to this elite soldier. What they fail to realize is that this elite soldier is actually a well respected leader of the Covenant army, and that this army will do whatever it takes to get him back. The elite soldier has also been underestimated and also holds a very tight secret for Scott Miller, and escapes the prison, with his sights set on the one that gave his position away (Scott Miller), he sets off on a journey to find him, but this time...He has his army behind him, ready to destroy earth. The ultimate battle for Earth is about to be fought here, will Scott's army be ready for the ensuing battle?

Renovatio Intro Scene:



This is the intro as well as the beginning scene to my upcoming and in progress movie entitled - Renovatio. The beginning scene you will see is a dream that a soldier is having. His wife always wanted to goto an island, and made it a goal and aspiration in her life to be able to goto an uncharted island at least one time in her life. Unfortunatly she was never able to do that, as she was killed several weeks after her husband was drafted into the Spartan-III program.

Ever since her death, this soldier has had dreams of being on an island, a metaphor for his memory of her.

How did she die? you'll find that out in the actual movie.

Although the beginning scene is that of a soldier's metaphorical dream of memories of his wife, this movie will be much more than that. The death and memories of his wife are only one story that will be told in this movie, there are several more..It will contain action, drama, comedy, everything.

This movie will be far unlike any halo 3 machinima you will ever see, and will pave the road for many great machinima's to come. That is my goal, that is my aspiration. To not only be the best at what is done, but be able to inspire others to do their best.

Note: This film will not be like any film you have ever seen.  It will not contain any cliche` rap music, it will only have music that is fit for a movie.  It will not have bad acting.  It will be extremely creative.  It will be epic.

This is just to give you an idea of what you can expect in terms of detail in this machinima.   There will be surprises, epic battles, you name it.  Be ready people....
